Lego The Preeminent Background :
Lego The Preeminent, also known as the Queen of the Cursed, serves as a primary antagonist of Ninjago Season 5, "Possession". This creature is the living incarnation of the Cursed Realm itself. Furthermore, The Preeminent's goal is to escape her dimension and conquer all Sixteen Realms, while transforming them into a wasteland. She rules her Realm, a massive prison, by absorbing banished wicked souls and converting some into her Ghost Army. Nevertheless, her immense power, makes her a significant threat to the Ninjas: Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Lloyd, and Nya.
Lego The Preeminent Appearance :
Lego The Preeminent looks terrifyingly monstrous, reflecting her nature as a horrific, from another dimension. Further, she appears as a massive, fleshy creature with a teal body covered in long, lumpy tentacles. The front of her body features a large, green portal that resembles an eye. Whereas, this portal constantly releases new Ghosts, strengthening her Army. The Preeminent's, Ghost Army helps her possess Stiix's buildings, creating a mobile body, for her to move on land within the ocean. Rather, this new giant form helps her chase down the Ninjas.
The Preeminent's Role :
The Preeminent's role in the story is pivotal, driving the entire conflict of Season 5. Morro, the second-in-command, has a plan to retrieve the Realm Crystal, needed for the Preeminent's arrival. The Ghost Warriors: Hackler, Attila, Ming, Wooo,Yokai, Pitch Spyder, Pyrrhus, Howla, Wail, Ghurka, Cyrus and Cowler. Once released, she immediately begins a rampage, seeking to devour souls for strength and immunity to water, her main weakness. However, her presence in Ninjago poses an existential threat to all life. Nya, the Water Ninja, creates a giant tidal wave, using water to drown and destroy the Preeminent and the Cursed Realm. Her destruction has massive consequences, indirectly causing the collapse of the Sister Realm, Djinjago. In Season 11, Wu and P.I.X.A.L. accidentally summon the Preeminent from the Departed Realm. Ultimately, P.I.X.A.L. defeats her in her Samurai X Mech.
The Preeminent's Journey :
The Preeminent's primary servant is Morro, her General, whom she directs in her absence. The Preeminent commands, Ghost Warrior Generals: Soul Archer, Bansha, Ghoultar, and Wrayth, to build her massive physical form. Notably, she also makes a deal with Fenwick, promising him safety in exchange for the Sword of Sanctuary. The Ninja team: Nya, Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, and Lloyd actively oppose her, with Nya delivering the final blow. She attempts to absorb Misako and does absorb Lloyd and Garmadon into her essence as prisoners. In addition, General Arcturus, the Anacondrai Generals, Master Chen, and Clouse are banished to the Cursed Realm.
