Background :
LEGO Red Visors, are robotic troopers originating from the in-game world of the video game Prime Empire. Created initially as non-player characters (NPCs) for players to destroy, they later fell under the control of the game's main antagonist, Unagami. They function as Unagami's primary army, relentlessly pursuing players in Prime Empire and later invading Ninjago City itself. Other members of Unagami's army, include the Whack Rats Ritchie and Richie, in addition to Sushimi. Their existence highlights the central conflict of Season 12, where the digital world spills into the real one, making them a recurring and numerous threat to the Ninja and other characters.

Appearance :
The Red Visors are androids with a sleek, dark aesthetic. Their most notable feature is the helmet that includes a striking, single red visor, cover any face underneath. This design gives them a resemblance to Mr. E. Their torsos all feature a three-digit identification number, of "404", additionally, members are identified as Red 27 and Red 29. They primarily utilize laser blasters in combat.

Role :
Their primary objective involves eliminating any player who opposes Unagami, specifically the Ninja who seek the Key-Tanas to progress through the game's different levels. They constantly chase and battle the Ninja, creating numerous high-pressure action sequences, including a high-speed car chase through Terra Technica. Ultimately, after Unagami reconciles with Milton Dyer, his creator, the Red Visors' aggressive programming ends, and most of them return to Prime Empire as peaceful NPCs or stay in Ninjago as robots. Some even temporarily fight alongside the Resistance in the Crystalized, Season.

Interactions :
The Red Visors interact with nearly all the main characters and many of the supporting cast introduced in the Prime Empire, Season. They encounter, and fight the Ninja Team: Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Nya, and Lloyd. Specific named Red Visors, such as Red 27 and Red 29, have direct encounters with Jay and Scott when they are attempting to move through the game world in disguise. Scott often fights the Red Visors using his car and blasters, leading to his temporary "cubing" at their hands. Inside the game, the Red Visors chase Racer Seven and the wise NPC, Okino, who initially believes he must follow his programming until Lloyd convinces him otherwise.
