Background :
LEGO Pyro Whippers, serve as a Member of the villainous Pyro Vipers in Ninjago: Season 11, "Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu". They are a mass enemy rather than an individual with a unique personality or a impactful character arc, with their actions centered around Leader, Aspheera. In addition, to the Pyro Whippers, the Members within the Pyro Vipers include Pyro Slayers, Pyro Destroyers, and Fire Fang who follow Aspheera's commands, forming the bulk of her mindless, mummified army resurrected by Fire Magic.

Appearance :
Visually, the Pyro Whippers have a clear, mummified Serpentine appearance. Their Minifigure has a brown, snake head featuring a closed mouth and striking translucent-orange eyes. The Pyro Whippers share the same exact torso and leg pieces with the Pyro Destroyers and Slayers. Their design reflects the ancient aesthetic of the pyramid tomb where the Vipers were resurrected. The Fire Nunchucks, are a weapon they use in battle.

Interactions :
After Aspheera is freed from her tomb and steals Kai's Fire Powers, she uses that element to resurrect the mummified remains of her ancient Hypnobrai tribe, transforming them into the Pyro Vipers. The Pyro Whippers, follow Aspheera into battle, attacking the Monastery of Spinjitzu and generally causing chaos as ordered by their sorceress. Throughout Season 11, the Pyro Whipper encounter the Ninja Team: Kai, Cole, Jay, Lloyd, Nya, and Zane in battle at various points. They fight Jay when the Ninja are first ambushed, then attacks Lloyd and Nya near Aspheera's location, and surrounds Cole during an illusion sequence. Char, a Pyro Viper, also battle with the Pyro Whippers during their attack on the Monastery, even having a fireball from Aspheera nearly hit him. The large serpent Fire Fang, is a creature that aids the Vipers in their attack. In the Final Confrontation at the Monastery, they clash with all the Ninja and P.I.X.A.L. before Zane ultimately uses the Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu to freeze the entire army, reverting the Pyro Whippers to their inanimate mummy state.
