LEGO The Firstbourne, often called the "Mother of All Dragons," holds immense power and historical significance as the first mortal dragon born in the Realm of Oni and Dragons. She features a long, scaly body adorned with red, orange, and gold scales, a lighter yellow underbelly, pearly white fangs, and curved forked horns. Firstbourne controls over numerous Element her numerous offspring wield, including Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Earth, as well as the ability to generate molten metal and create dimensional portals. She also holds a unique power called "soul reading," allowing her to sense goodness or evil within an individual's heart, a crucial Element in her interactions with other characters.
Firstbourne's History :
Firstbourne's central
role in the
narrative revolves around her
guardianship of the
Sacred, Dragon Armor.
Ages ago, she
befriended the
First Spinjitzu Master and they
created the
armor together as a
symbol of their
failed attempt to unite the warring
Oni and
Dragon. After the
First Spinjitzu Master left the
Realm,
Firstbourne remained behind,
protecting the
Dragon Armor and
awaiting his return or that of his
pure-hearted descendants. She
fiercely defends her
children from the
Dragon Hunters, led by
Iron Baron, a conflict that resulted in
Baron losing a
leg and an
arm to her, fueling his
long-standing vengeance .
Firstbourne's Interactions :
Throughout the
Series,
Firstbourne interacts with several
key characters. Her most significant
historical relationship was with the
First Spinjitzu Master, her
trusted friend and the
only person she allowed to ride her beside his son,
Wu.
Eventually, the Ninja: Kai, Cole, Zane, and Jay also flew with Wu on Firstbourne's back back to Ninjago, making them riders as well, though the special initial permission was reserved for Wu after his father. She has a
bitter antagonistic relationship with the
Iron Baron, whom she ultimately
encases in
molten rock after he attempts to
control her.
Firstbourne later returns to
Ninjago with
Faith, a former
Dragon Hunter turned ally, to
warn the
Ninja about the
Oni invasion.
