Lego Martin Minifigure Background :
Lego Martin Minifigure, is a minor antagonist in the Ninjago: Season 5, Possession, he's a Student of Master Yang. His role remains of a background character within the Temple of Airjitzu. The show itself never actually refers to Martin by name; the Airjitzu Battle Grounds, Set 70590, gives him his name. Whereas, Martin, and another Ghost Student, only appear in one Ninjago Set. He appears with another Student, Chris. Together, they represent the many people trapped in the temple by Master Yang's curse.
Lego Martin Minifigure Role :
Lego Martin Minifigure appears as a Ghost, with a green, Spectral appearance. Whereas, his human appearance before his transformation remains unseen. As a Ghost, he has a Ninja robe, consistent with the other trapped Students. Martin's design does not set him apart from the other spirits, emphasizing his minor role in the show. The Ghost Students, color palette primarily revolves around the color grey, with his head piece green, and has black details on the gi. Martin's role in the Ninjago storyline is minimal; he serves mostly as a silent, and the visual confirmation of the curse Master Yang places on the Temple and Students. Nevertheless, In the "Day of the Departed" Special, Martin's presence as one of the spirits temporarily freed from the temple when the Yin Blade shatters.
Martin's Journey :
The Students of Yang, encounter the main and supporting characters with the storyline. Moreover, the Ninja first encounter the Ghost Students, as they visit the Temple in Season 5. Whereas: Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, and Nya navigate the Haunted Halls of the Temple. Cole shatters the Yin Blade, which frees Martin and the Ghost Students from the curse. In the Season 6 storyline, Sky Pirates Nadakhan and Dogshank force the Ghosts out of the Temple using water. Ultimately, Martin, does not establish any personal connections or conversations with the main characters in Ninjago.
