The LEGO NINJAGO City Markets Set (#71799) was released on June 1, 2023, for VIP members, with general availability beginning on June 4, 2023.  This massive Set broke records as the Largest Ninjago model ever created, having an impressive 6,163 pieces.  A major highlight of the Set is the inclusion of 21 unique minifigures, many of which were brand new character introductions to this box.  The large cast of minifigures features the main characters Lloyd, Nya, Arin, Sora, Detective Zane, and Blacksmith Kai.  Exclusive character minifigures appearing for the first time include Chamille, Gayle Gossip, Vinny Folson, Blazey H. Speed (wearing a Bionicle-themed shirt), Miss Demeanor, Hounddog McBrag, and Dr. Cyrus Borg (with his wheelchair).  The four-floor structure features numerous unique play details, such as a "working" cable car, an external elevator, a karaoke club with a pool table, and a 'flushable' toilet feature at Sushimi's sushi bar.  The Set's original Retail price at launch was $369.99 USD.  As an upcoming Retired Set and highly sought-after collectible, the Set's current value on eBay can range from $250-350 USD for a Complete, Used Set.  Whereas, a New Sealed Set costs around $400-450 USD.

The LEGO Ninjago City Gardens Set (#71741) was released for LEGO VIP Members on January 14, 2021, followed by a general release on February 1, 2021.  This massive Set includes 5,685 pieces, making it one of the Largest LEGO Ninjago Sets ever produced.  Released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Ninjago, the Set is unique for its wide range of References and Easter Eggs to the animated series and other LEGO products.  The multi-tiered model features five brilliantly detailed levels including an Ice Cream Shop, Chen's Noodle House, a Ninja Control Room, and a Museum of Ninja History.  A key exclusive element of the Set is the inclusion of a collectible "Golden Wu Legacy" minifigure, a special feature for only 10th-Anniversary Sets.  In total, the Set contains 19 minifigures, including Young Lloyd, Kai, Zane, Urban Cole, Urban Jay, Urban Nya, Misako, Ronin, Clutch Powers, The Mechanic, Cece, Christina, Eileen, Hai, Kaito, Mei, Scoop, and Tito.  At launch, the Set had a Retail Value of $299.99 USD, though the price increased to $349.99 in 2022.  As a Retired Set, the prices have increased, with Used models typically costing around $250-300 and New, Sealed Sets often Selling for $400-500 on eBay.
