Lego Ghoultar Minifigure Background :
Lego Ghoultar Minifigure, the Scythe Master, is in Season 5 of Ninjago, "Possession", as one of the primary antagonists. After his banishment to the Cursed Realm, he turns into a translucent green, Ghost with a skull for a head. Lego Ghoultar Minifigure, has a dark purple rice hat and shoulder pads, and a Ghostly tail. However, some of his minifigure's come with legs, and he occasionally has legs in the show. Additionally, his look is unique, with a skull for a head, separating him from the Ghost Generals: Bansha, Wrayth, and Soul Archer. Further, he's similar to the Ninja Cole: both are strong, wield Scythes and love food.
Lego Ghoultar Minifigure Role :
Morro, uses the Allied Armor of Azure to summon Ghoultar and Bansha, from the Cursed Realm to help find the Sword of Sanctuary. He is the strongest physically of the Ghosts and is capable of Spectral Possession. He uses his Spectral Possession on Nya's Samurai Mech, transforming it into the Mech-enstein to fight Nya and Ronin. Furthermore, Ghoultar participates in Morro's quest to find the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. He assists with Morro's plan to release the Preeminent, the physical manifestation of the Cursed Realm, to Ninjago. Nevertheless, his role is to use his strength and powers to try and overcome the Ninja's.
Ghoultar's Interactions :
Ghoultar interacts with several main characters in Season 5. Notably serving under the Leader and physical manifestation of the Cursed Realm, the Preeminent. Within the Ghost Army, he takes orders from his General, Morro, and works alongside Generals: Soul Archer, Wrayth, and Bansha. The Ghost Warrior, Generals are: Soul Archer, Wrayth, Bansha, and Ghoultar. Wail, along with Ghost Warriors: Hackler, Attila, Ming, Wooo,Yokai, Pitch Spyder, Pyrrhus, Wail, Howla, Ghurka, Cyrus and Cowler. Ghoultar encounters the Ninjas multiple times, fighting Nya while she is in her Samurai Mech. In addition to engaging in combat with Zane at the Wailing Alps. During a battle in Stiix, he manages to trick Cole using Wrayth's Flail, causing Cole's vehicle to crash. Misako, Nya, Wu, and Ronin attempts to interrogate Ghoultar to learn about Morro's plans. Misako discovers his desire for Puffy Pot Stickers from Chen's Noodle House and uses them as a bribe to get him to talk. He also encounters Jay, who uses his Aeroblade to temporarily send Ghoultar back to the Cursed Realm.
Ghoultar's Character :
Ghoultar, has low intelligence, talks simply, and really loves food, especially Puffy Pot Stickers. Moreover, he speaks in the third person, similar to Karlof, Murt, and Korgran. He is simple-minded, which enables the Ninja's allies to bribe him with food. Ghoultar finds joy in destruction and chaos, notably laughing as the Preeminent reaches Ninjago. Whereas he aids the Preeminent's destructive march, lifting her tentacles to throw a house.
Ghoultar's Journey :
Ghoultar's journey concludes with the defeat of the Ghost Warriors. He assists his Master by attaching city parts to the Preeminent, creating a walking mechanism. Ghoultar fights in the final battle in Stiix. However, Nya, having unlocked her True Potential as the Master of Water, creates a massive tidal wave that successfully drowns the Preeminent. The destruction of the Preeminent simultaneously destroys the Cursed Realm, defeating Ghoultar and Ghosts. Ultimately, all of the defeated Ghosts ended up in the Departed Realm.
