LEGO Supreme Commander Machia Minifigure Background :
LEGO Supreme Commander Machia Minifigure is a vital antagonist in Ninjago: Season 7, "Hands of Time". Her Creator, the Time Twin, Krux, specifically bred her from the eggs of the Great Devourer. Machia’s aggressive Leadership, separates her from Vermillion Commanders Raggmunk and Blunck. She capably handled the aggressive strategies required for the Vermillion's operations, proving her worth to the Time Twins until the very end of her usefulness.
LEGO Supreme Commander Machia Minifigure Appearance :
Machia's striking appearance, is recognizable by her unique, dark red hairpiece, which was actually composed of many small, living snakes. Her minifigure includes detailed printing on her head, torso, and legs, featuring dark gray armor and dark red scales, representing the snakes making up her physical form. In Machia's only LEGO Set, appearance, she had an optional snake-like lower body build, though her on-screen appearance consistently used legs. She Commanded her Army through a direct Telepathic Hive Mind without needing a helmet, a tribute to her inherent strength and strategic mind.
Machia's Role :
Machia's primary role in the "Hands of Time" Season was Commanding the Vermillion Army and complete "Operation: Blackout" and "Operation: Heavy Metal," which involved stealing metal across Ninjago to build the Iron Doom. She aggressively established authority over Commanders Raggmunk and Blunck, whom she often viewed as incompetent fools. The Characters that are in the Vermillion Army are Rivett, Slackjaw, Vermin, and Tannin. In addition, she was tasked to guard Cyrus Borg, and threatened him to ensure he would continued working on the Iron Doom Machine without sabotage. Ultimately, Krux and Acronix "demote" Machia and the Vermillion Commanders, reducing them to regular snakes to merge into the Iron Doom Mech.
Machia' Journey :
Throughout her time, Machia interacted with several Main Characters. She frequently reported to Krux and Acronix, who both acknowledged her intelligence and aggressiveness, with Acronix even finding her "cute on the surface, but deep down, she's a pile of snakes". She constantly Commanded and criticized her Commanders, Raggmunk and Blunck, for their repeated failures. Machia’s involvement also brought her into conflict with the Main Ninja and their allies. She fought against Kai and Nya, who also engaged her in battle while impersonating their Parents (Ray & Maya). Machia also captured Master Wu and used him as leverage. During a battle in the past, she faced the original Elemental Alliance, including Ray and Maya (Kai & Nya's Parents), the Elemental Master of Lightning's (Jay's Mother), and other Past Elemental Masters, before Machia became one with the Iron Doom.
