Neuro's role in Ninjago revolves around his powerful mental abilities and as an ally. As the Elemental Master of Mind, he reads and manipulates the thoughts of others. Additionally, this power makes him both a valuable asset and a potential threat. Hence in the Tournament of Elements, he joins as a competitor and initially hesitant to trust the Ninja. Over time, Nuero evolves into a hero, assisting the Ninja in their greatest conflicts.

Throughout his appearances, Neuro interacts with a wide range of characters. His competitor's are Bolobo, Jacob, Gravis, Griffin Turner, Karlof, Tox, Shade, Mr. Pale, Skylor, Chamille, and Ash. Whereas he fights against the manipulative Master Chen and Clouse. Notably fighting along the Ninja team; Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Lloyd, and Nya. Beyond the Tournament, Neuro's appearances continue with key figures. In addition, he assists the Elemental Masters in their conflicts against the threats within Sons of Garmadon. Ultimately, fighting alongside his fellow Elemental Masters, Skylor, Tox and Karlof, in the Resistance.
Nuero's Journey :
He communicates with the Ninja and their allies, providing strategic insight based on his mental abilities. He fights Bolobo in the Tournament. During this match Bolobo captures Nuero in vines. Moreover he uses his mind reading abilities to manipulate Bolobo and makes free. Then Nuero uses the vines to secure the Jadeblade. During the Tournament of Elements, Master Chen and Clouse manipulate him, but he eventually turns against them. Nevertheless his heroics, acts aid the Ninja in battling various threats, proving his importance within Ninjago.
